Description
Tucanoichthys tucano is a small and highly prized tetra from Brazil. With jet black flanks, blue eyes, and golden yellow heads, it's not hard to see where their popularity comes from. Diminutive in size, these tetras do not even reach an inch long. These fish work well in small communities and especially enjoy blackwater conditions.
These are adults, around 0.5-0.75" long.
