COVID-19 Policy and Updates June 11th

As of June 11th the Province of Ontario has moved into Step 1 of the re-opening plan.

What this means for the majority of retailers is that we can now open to the public for in-store shopping with a strict capacity limit. At a capacity of 15% this gives us a limit of 10 customers at any given time. We will also be resuming our extended hours of shopping as of Monday June 14th.

Phone Orders and Curbside Pickup

We gladly accept online and phone orders for curbside pick up.

You can order right outside our door by calling the shop when outside at 416-766-7387.

Delivery

All orders within the GTA (including York, Toronto, East York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York) can be placed through the website where you can select local delivery at checkout. Please note that delivery boundaries are calculated by postal code and as such delivery to certain areas may be unavailable. The minimum order for free delivery is $150

Mississauga, Brampton and Vaughan are available for local delivery for $15 or free with purchase of $150

We now have extended delivery zones by our third party partners Fare Delivery. They deliver from Ottawa to London and areas in between along the major highways. They also travel as far north as Barrie. This is our Zone 4 delivery zone. They only deliver this zone on Mondays.

Currently all other areas are available for shipping only. Please note that large and/or heavy items may incur surcharges or be available for in-store pickup only.

Online Orders & Shipping

We are currently working through everyone's orders for shipping. Animal orders can only be shipped on Monday-Tuesday to account for the weekend. Plant orders can be sent Monday-Wednesday depending on location. All orders (including dry goods) are at an approximately 1-week lead time. Rest assured that we have received your orders and will process them as soon as we possibly can.

We are receiving a much higher than usual number of questions sent to us through Email, Facebook, and Instagram. Rest assured that we are getting back to everyone as soon as we possibly can and that we have seen your messages.
