LIVE ANIMAL PURCHASE AND SHIPPING PROCESS

Overview

Purchase of an animal(s) can be done on the website, in-person, phone or over a messaging app. An animal(s) will be marked, labelled and sold once a non refundable 25% deposit is received. Financing is available and existing animal(s) can be paid for over a 14 day period unless other arrangements have been made. If you cancel your order at any time your payments will not be returned.

After you purchase your animal(s) you can be confident that we take care of every aspect required to make sure that your purchase arrives safely to you.

In Canada we can use.

Reptile Express and Airport to Airport shipping through West Jet Canada or Air Canada Cargo.

International customers please contact us for shipping methods.


Shipping Costs

The shipping cost of an animal is NOT included upon checkout. To get the best cost based on your location we must individually process your information. 
You will be contacted with a quote and to schedule the best day for ship out of your animal(s).


It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping costs of the animal(s) unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.

Animal(s) will not be shipped out unless the shipping cost is fully paid for.

The customer is responsible for the husbandry after they take possession of the animal(s). We have no control over care once the animal(s) is in the possession of the customer.

We have no problem providing advice to our customers on the best way to care for their pets.

If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us immediately.

In the case that an animal(s) is dead on arrival we will replace the animal(s) or offer a substitute of equal value if a replacement can’t be given. The animal(s) is covered but the customer will have to pay for the shipping of the replacement animal(s). The customer MUST notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence. If we do not hear from you within 3 hours of the animal(s) being received, we will assume the animal(s) have arrived alive and in good health.

*All pricing on animals and dry goods quoted on this site DO NOT include applicable Provincial or Federal Sales Taxes.

Export orders are exempt from these taxes and will most likely be required upon import to the country of import based on the value of the goods.

 

Shipping Address When Using PayPal

When you purchase your animal(s) via PayPal it is very important that you include your shipping address with payment. This policy MUST be followed with every purchase in order to comply with PayPal’s buyer and seller protection policies. If you do not provide a shipping address within PayPal I cannot be held responsible for misdirected shipments that are addressed incorrectly.
