Boraras brigittae is a diminutive schooling fish from Borneo, Indonesia. These tiny rasboras are very peaceful and among the best fish to mix with Neocaridina shrimp, as they will only prey upon the tiniest of baby shrimp. They pair well with most other small fish, but take care choosing tankmates as it does not take a very big fish to be able to swallow these tiny cyprinids.
These are nearly-full grown specimens, at about 3/4" long (which is large for Boraras!). They are beginning to show colour but, as is usual for fresh imports of this species, they will need conditioning with good-quality food to reach their full colour potential.
