Eleocharis acicularis is commonly known as grown as dwarf hairgrass. This is the 'Mini' cultivar that stays extra small, and is perfect for a no-trim carpet. This plant prefers bright light; CO2 is not a necessity per se, but is a big plus if you want rapid, robust growth.
