The Silver Spotted Bushynose Pleco (Ancistrus sp. L213) originates from the Rio Tapajos in the Lower Amazon, this pleco is noted for its striking silver spots and the characteristic bushy tentacles on the snouts of mature males.
Growing to about 3.9 inches in length, the Silver Spotted Bristlenose Pleco is compatible with most community fish, as long as they are not overly large or aggressive. While generally peaceful, males may exhibit territorial behavior in small tanks.
