Description
Pseudomugil cyanodorsalis is a rare species of blue-eye rainbowfish from Australia. Sometimes known as the Blueback or Neon blue-eye, these fish develop brilliant blue backs and orange sides in males. This is a euryhaline species that tolerates full freshwater but does better with at least a teaspoon per gallon of aquarium salt added.
These are juveniles around 0.75" long, not coloured up yet.
