A small poison dart frog from the Genus Ranitomeya. This frog is mostly black with neat round spots of yellow over the entire body, with a distinctive pair of yellow stripes in front of the eyes. Limbs are black with light blue, white, or grey reticulation. Ventral coloration is yellow with black spots or splotching. These charming thumbnails are from central Peru, east of the Rio Ucayali, and into Brazil. A smaller frog, their lengths range from 16.7-19 mm.
