Description
Hemigrammus erythrozonus is a smaller tetra from Guyana. Glowlight tetras somewhat resemble the popular neon tetras, but with a metallic orange stripe instead of blue. These peaceful tetras mix well with pretty much any peaceful community fish but look best in a dim, acidic blackwater tank. In dark, tannin-stained water these fish's stripes are so bright and reflective they look like they are glowing.
These are adults of the albino morph around 1-1.25" long.
