Description
Caridina multidentata. The Amano shrimp is one of the most renowned members of a freshwater aquarium's clean up crew, and for good reason! Few creatures are so effective at eating hair algae and cleaning plant leaves. Amanos are also long lived for shrimp, sometimes reaching up to 3-4 years old or more!
These specimens are around 1" long in the small size and around 2" for the larges. Hard to find right now!
