Description
Hypancistrus sp. L004. This small (only 4"!) pleco is a lovely community fish and has fine pearly spotting on a black body. This, like many other Hypancistrus dwarf plecos, is a largely carnivorous species that rarely eats algae or vegetable matter. These catfish make an attractive centrepiece fish in smaller community aquaria.
These are adults around 4" long.
