Description
Badis badis is an intriguing micro-fish from the Indian subcontinent. Despite resembling cichlids in shape and attitude, these tiny beauties are currently thought to be closer related to gouramis. No heater is required for these coolwater fish, and they can live in tanks as small as 5-10 gallons. These fish need frequent meals of live or frozen food to do well. These are perhaps one of the most personable fish you can fit into a nano tank.
