Description
Hypostomus soniae (L137) is a mid-sized pleco that reaches about 10" long. These plecos have striking blue eyes and a chocolate brown body, and develop ruddy-brown fins with maturity. They are unfussy omnivores that will eat just about anything, and fit well into mid- to large-sized community aquaria.
These are young adults around 6" long.
