Description

Oryzias woworae is a small but colourful species of ricefish endemic to the island of Sulawesi in Indonesia. Males of this species are among the most colourful of  wild-type ricefish, with silvery-blue bodies and red fins. Like all other ricefish they are very easy to breed, and if properly kept will likely spawn without any particular effort by their owner. Fertilized eggs stay attached to the female's anal fin for a short period of time, before being deposited onto fine-leaved plants such as moss or Ceratophyllum.

These are subadults around 0.75-1" long.
