Description
Chlamydogobius eremius is a unique goby that comes from freshwater pools and streams in the desert of South Australia. These fish are quite hardy and adaptable given the harsh environment they come from, and can tolerate a wide range of conditions, so they make for easy aquarium pets. While both sexes look similar at first, males develop uniform yellow colour when in breeding condition and have bright white fin margins.
These are young adults, around 2" long.
