Description
Mikrogeophagus ramirezi is one of the most popular dwarf cichlids. These very colourful cichlids possess a broad range of yellows, blues, reds, and even pinks in their colouration. This peaceful fish can be kept with most small fish in a well planted aquarium.
The Gold morph of rams has been selectively bred to eliminate black patterning, leaving just a golden-orange base with a smattering of blue. These are subadults around 1" long, without counting the tail.
