Description
Sewellia lineolata (Also known as the Tiger Hill Stream Loach) is one of the more colourful hillstream loaches available, with a strong pattern of golden dots and reticulation. This species is more tolerant of heat than many other hillstream species, with temperatures up to around 76-78 F usually being an acceptable maximum. These peaceful river denizens pair well with most other fishes that enjoy cooler, fast-flowing water, and also make excellent algae eaters.
