Description
Hypostomus faveolus (L37) is a mid-sized pleco with an attractive honeycomb pattern across the body. Reaching about 10" long, they are neither a large nor small pleco and fit well into mid-sized communities. They are unfussy omnivores that will accept most foods. Like most plecos, they do best with driftwood in the tank as a source of dietary fibre.
These are juveniles around 3" long.
