Description
Megalodoras uranoscopus (Formerly M. irwini) is a large species of armoured catfish. Related to the more common Raphael catfishes, it grow much larger to about 2 feet. Just like them, these catfish will "talk" when threatened by rubbing the bases of their fins against their body; it counds somewhat like a bark or growl. An intriguing giant catfish for the monster fish collector.
