Description
The King Tiger Pleco (Hypancistrus sp, L333) is a smaller omnivorous pleco that reaches no more than 6" in length. While not full carnivores, they relish meaty foods such as sinking carnivore pellets or frozen bloodworms. These bold-patterned plecos are not as shy as some others and spend plenty of time out in the open where you can see them. While definitely not a "cleaner" fish, these stunning and peaceful catfish make a bold addition to any mid-sized community or South American biotope.
