Description
Nothobranchius guentheri is a small species of annual killifish from Zanzibar. Like other annual killis, they naturally inhabit temporary pools of water and have a very short lifespan as a result; 12-18 months is about as long as these "live fast, die young" fish can make it. They are, however, very easy to breed, so you can continue to produce generation after generation of these beauties to enjoy. These are of the selectively bred 'Gold' strain that has more yellow colouration than the wild type.
