Description
Trichopodus trichopterus, also known as the Blue or Threespot gourami, is one of the most common gouramis in the aquarium hobby. Many natural and line-bred morphs are available, such as the gold and opaline varieties. These mid-sized gouramis make good tankmates for most community fish, but should not be housed with tiny species such as smaller tetras or rasboras that could fit in their mouths.
This is a batch of the Opaline morph, characterized by marbled dark markings on a powder blue base colour. These are subadults around 2.5" long.
