Description
Spectracanthicus zuanoni is a cute and chubby pleco from the Rio Xingu in Brazil. With pleasing polka-dots on a slate-grey body, this attractive pleco makes a good centrepiece fish in community aquaria. It is a good algae grazer as this species is largely herbivorous, although occasional meaty fare should still be offered.
These are adults around 4" long.
