Description
Polypterus endlicheri, aka the Saddled Bichir or simply 'Endli', is one of the largest common bichirs available. Reaching around 24" in length, they are truly a monster fish. Like most bichirs, though, they are quite peaceful with other fishes they cannot fit in their mouths.
