Porcellio hoffmannseggi are among the true giants of terrestrial isopods, and make for especially fascinating pets to care for. They are slate grey with distinct white skirts and long antennae. Special care is to be taken due to their very particular territorial behavior and seasonal breeding patterns. Living along cliffsides of the Mediterranean, Titans require a lot of ventilation and space to hide and climb, while keeping a hydration station that covers about 25% of the enclosure. Truly an invertebrate worthy of the title of 'pet'!
