Description
Pethia reval is an uncommon barb from Sri Lanka. Related to the black ruby barb, these barbs are tan with two black splotches and bright red fins on males. Like most barbs, they have a reputation or aggression, but when kept in sufficient numbers (say 8-10+) they tend to keep any nipping to themselves.
These specimens are around 1-1.5" long.
