Oxydoras niger is a very large doradid catfish from South America. Potentially reaching 24-36" long, these are a true "tank-buster" of a fish. These omnivores will eat just about anything and appreciate a deep sand bed to sift through. They are quite peaceful with other large fishes.

These are juveniles around 4-5" long.
