Description
Hyphessobrycon sp. MZUEL 17771 is a new, undescribed species of tetra from the Mato Grosso in Brazil. Looking like scaled-up ember tetras, these fish absolutely GLOW orange when settled in. These are quite a rare and showy tetra and are lovely community ihabitants.
These specimens are around 1" long.
