Description
Acarichthys heckelii is a mid-sized cichlid from northern South America that reaches a maximum of 8" in length. Related to Geophagus, these are a relatively peaceful cichlid for their size. They develop long streamers from their fins with maturity, hence their common name.
These are juveniles of the 'Luo Han' albino strain, known for stunning colour and longer threadfins. They are just starting to colour up and are around 3" long.
