Description
The viper gecko (Teratolepis fasciata) is a small arid gecko native to Iran and Pakistan, named for their keeled scales that resemble those of a viper. Sleeping in tight rock crevices during the day, these beautiful lizards come out at night to feed on a variety of small insects. Basking temperature should be around 95 F, and tank misted two to three times a week to provide droplets to drink.
