Description
Cichla kelberi is one of the kings of the cichlid world. These predatory fish from Brazil are one of the smaller peacock bass species, reaching about 12-18" in total length. While they may be reluctant to take prepared foods at first, with perseverance they can usually be pellet trained. Nothing compares to the imposing sight of a bright green kelberi in a monster fish tank.
These extra large individuals are already about 6-7" long and are eating fr5ozen foods.
